Planning a baby or already pregnant? Pilates is great for preparing for Pregnancy or looking after yourself during the 40 weeks. I can also show you how to look after your scar should a C section be necessary. Looking after yourself means you can then look after your bump!

Once your little bundle arrives, I can help you get back in shape and give you the strength required to care for your baby. Your pelvic floor may feel in need of attention too and remember you don't have to accept you may leak post birth..... this isn't normal. Not always due to a weak pelvic floor, sometimes it can actually be too tight due to being over-trained.
